Oookay! Sooo, yeah I fell behind but this is a little cheat that I’ve done before and it does saves time! THAT said, I spent waaaay to much time on this but I was heavily inspired.

I came up with a Zombie Apocalypse TMNT 2012 AU back in 2017. I have always loved writing stories with these two at the forefront because I always loved their dynamic.

I’m thinking of posting the first few chapters of this story because of the season! Sooo, if this interests you like, follow and share! I’ll make an announcement when the first chapter is posted! 😊

We got the memes again. : D Though I also have a one-shot for this AU I did a while ago on AO3. also the one AU that I have a complete outline for and could probably do an entire fanfic of if I had the attention span and motivation. So probably never. Also, I fear the curse.

TMNT23 - The Itch

I CANT WAIT FOR HALLOWEEN, I REALLY WANNA SHOW THIS OFF. I worked hard ☺️👉👈

Leo is patient zero. During their last fight with the shredder, Leo was nicked in the neck by something. It wasn't a huge deal till they got into the sewers and we're almost home. Raph, Mikey, and Donnie were joking and speaking about that night's fight with usagi budding in with a few remarks here and there.

It wasn't unusual to see Leo quiet after a fight or tripping over himself, so nothing seemed too out of the ordinary. But when he collapsed in usagi's arms and started to cough up black goo, things took a turn for the worse.

After Leo bit usagi, he lunged at his brothers while usagi quickly started to turn. Donnie, immediately recognizing the situation, pushed raph forward and yelled at him to RUN. he tried to reach out to Mikey, but Leo had already sunk his beak into Mikey's shoulder. Donnie ran quickly from the 3 family member turned zombie and slammed their home door shut.

Raph was initially furious and asked why Donnie pushed him and not Mikey. Donnie explained while very out of breath and very panicked, "I CAN DEAL WITH A JOCKEY BUT I DON'T WANT A TANK ZOMBIE, RAPH! IF YOU WERE A ZOMBIE YOU'D EASILY BREAK DOWN THAT DOOR!" Raph quickly understood donnie's reasoning and shut up. Splinter comes in and asks her sons what's going on as Leo, Mikey, and Usagi start to slam on the door from the outside.

What will raph, Donnie, and Splinter do next?

This is just a one off lil comic I don't really plan on continuing. I just wanted to abuse my turtles again and put them in a perilous situation.

This is very inspired by L4D and the 2012 egg episode.

Grafted Branches Krang Lore

Look every tmnt iteration needs a fun twist on the krang :3c

The only rule of magic I have for Grafted Branches is that magic cannot physically transform a living being. This is Specifically to show how the krang could have secured such a legendary and feared reputation, as the only beings on earth capable of such transformations.

The krang invasion of earth happened over 3,000 years ago, and has been tangled into the world of legend and myth.

Initially, the krang was a biotech power generator made by the Utrom (who I have to draw later bc they are fun) and with no emergency shutdown, the krang did its job of converting everything and anything into power very, very well. It’s a single organism existing in multiple bodies, and shares information through physical contact with other parts of itself. Think of it like a giant, constantly hungry mushroom and that’s a pretty good comparison ^-^

It spreads to new bodies using spores, though it can also spread through physical contact. At earlier stages of infection, a person (folk or human) will gain vitality, strength, and heightened senses. One can keep their mind and exist in this state for quite a while, though there are no cases of it being indefinite. Once the krang body erupts from the skin, the person it has infected is completely obsessed by gathering more power and is considered deceased.

There is no sure fire way to gain immunity to the krang infection, but all around the world groups formed to prevent further infection, fight off the krang, and- eventually- find a way to destroy it completely. In Japan, there were three such groups who worked together to control, fight, and seal away the krang:

There are many stories of the fabled three clans, but it’s generally believed that the Tsume family betrayed the other two families and sided with the krang, causing the downfall of Yokai society. A few families in modern times claim to come from either the Hamato or Usagi families (though not so much from the Usagi line, since there’s plenty of rumours that they either fell to or were corrupted by the krang as well) but the actual family lines are secretive of their ancestry. No one claims to be from the Tsume fam :3
